While riding the subway one day, I got the image in my head of some sort of octopus/ghost kind of combo, and this is what resulted. I don't know if you can see, but the cloud has a bit of a moustache...
I made these drawings of Pacino while watching "Dog Day Afternoon." The large face on the right is of him at the beginning of the film, on the left on the phone is in the middle of the film, and the small, sweaty face on the bottom is at the end.
Made for my papa's birthday. To make the card, I decided to use the most sentimental language of all: German! Also I took the image of the man's face from the film, "Peeping Tom." I'm hoping to win the award this year for "most disturbing birthday card."
This is from the part where the two parents are in bed together, but there's a weird, detached feeling to the scene...I wanted to see if I could mimic/exaggerate their postures and capture the mood of the scene.
I really liked the way this character's colors - the orange of his hair with the green of his turtleneck - so I tried to match it in this drawing. 
As you may have noticed, these are not in order. Also there are some pages missing. But you get the jist. I kind of modeled her after myself (in attitude, not in appearance, duh). These were made with Sharpie, Staedtler pigment liners, and watercolor.
Inspired by a lady on the train, whose green dress nicely complemented her newly burnt skin.
This is "July" from a State Farm Calendar, which I drew on top of with Sharpie marker. I drew on every month, but I think this one turned out the best. Also, today it's as hot as July, so there you go! Bleh!
